Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@zippypawz.com.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally or to US territories.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@zippypawz.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at support@zippypawz.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
