Do you really offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on every single US order, no minimum spend required. We've baked the shipping cost into our prices so you never see a surprise charge at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. US delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to additional countries — stay tuned!

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly so please contact us at support@zippypawz.com within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. After that point your order may already be in processing.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you or your pet aren't happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@zippypawz.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

What if my item arrived damaged?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@zippypawz.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Are your products safe for pets?

Pet safety is our top priority. Every product we carry is selected with your pet's wellbeing in mind. However we always recommend supervising your pet during play, especially with new toys.

Where do your products ship from?

Our products ship from US-based warehouses, which is how we're able to offer fast 5-10 business day delivery times.

Can I use the PAWZ10 discount code?

Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter and use code PAWZ10 at checkout for 10% off your first order. The code can be applied to any product in our store with no minimum spend.
